KELSI O'CONNOR | MSW; LCSW, NREMT
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey, and the owner/creator of Shore Flow Healing, LLC. I currently work as an Intensive In-Community Clinician (IIC) with high-risk youth, while evolving the scope of my private practice.
My clinical work is inspired by personal experience, motivated by my belief in whole-person healing. My approach is trauma-informed and change-based, rooted in holistic and neuropsychological modalities. I am trained in TF-CBT, DBT, Psychodrama, ARC, and Nurtured Parenting.
While licensure permits the clinical application of my expertise, my passion lies in community-based health. Volunteerism has taken me around the globe, with my current focus being peer-based Psychological First Aid at the local (mezzo) level.
